<br /> California, on June 24, 1898, in ',iber "C" of Maps at page 36 and a copy entered in Liber 2 of Maps at

<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the northerly right of way line as conveyed in the Deed from R. A.
<br /> Sweeny Pescia to the Southern Pacific Company, a corporation, dated July 11 , 1907, and filed for record
<br /> August 6, 1907, in Liber 136 of Deeds at page 398, records of San Mateo County, California, where said
<br /> right of way tine intersects the northeasterly line of Bay Road as said Bay Road is shown on that certain
<br /> map entitled "FRIENDLY ACRES SUBDIVISION NO. 2", filed January 18, 1937, and recorded in Map
<br /> Book I at pages 32, 33 and 34, Records of San Mateo County, California; thence north 64' 29' 30" west
<br /> along said northeasterly line of Bay Road a distance of 90.97 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
<br /> north 5' 02' 30" west a distance of 12836 feet to a point in the southerly line of Florence Street as shown
<br /> on said map of Friendly Acres Subdivision; thence south 84' 57' 30" west along said southerly line of
<br /> Florence Street a distance of 106.80 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of
<br /> 30.00 feet, a distance of 78.25 feet to a point in the northeasterly line of said Bay Road; thence south 64'
<br /> 29' 30" east along said northeasterly line of Bay Road a distance of 143.47 feet to the true point of

<br /> northeasterly line of Bay Road, a distance of 90.97 feet to the southeasterly corner of land conveyed by
<br /> Deed from Harry Friend, et ux, to Lucius H. Billings, et ux, recorded March 11 , 1937, Book 726
<br /> Official Records, page 485; thence along the easterly line of property so conveyed, north 5' 02' 30" west
<br /> 128.76 feet to the southerly line of Florence Street, as shown on the last above mentioned map; thence
