These facilities <br /> normally consist of a grass buffer strip, sand bed, <br /> ponding area, organic layer or mulch layer, <br /> planting soil, and plants. <br /> The property contains one (1 ) bioretention area(s), located as described below and as <br /> shown in the attached site plant. <br /> • Bioretention Area No. 1 is located at north of the yard adjacent to the northeast entry of the <br /> building <br /> I. Routine Maintenance Activities <br /> The principal maintenance objective is to prevent sediment buildup and clogging, which <br /> reduces pollutant removal efficiency and may lead to bioretention area failure.
