Memorandum of Understanding for FY 2015-16 between the Sequoia <br />Healthcare District and the City of Redwood City for the PE Plus <br />Program <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Chris Beth, Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director 780-7253 <br />cbeth@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the FY 2015- <br />16 Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Sequoia Healthcare <br />District (SHCD) and City of Redwood City to provide comprehensive <br />physical education curriculum for children in kindergarten through 5th grade <br />at four Redwood City School District schools. <br /> <br /> C. Award of Bid for Street Tree Maintenance Services <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Mike Gibbons, Public Works Superintendent 780-7493 <br />mgibbons@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a 2015-2016 <br />Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc., in the amount of $210,000 and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute up to four (4) consecutive one-year <br />extensions of the Agreement not to exceed $230,000 per year. <br /> <br /> D. Banking and Cash Management Services Agreement <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Audrey Ramberg, Finance Director 780-7072 aramberg@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />agreement with Wells Fargo Bank in the amount of $90,000 for the provision <br />of banking and cash management services, and authorize the City Manager <br />to renew the agreement for an additional one-year term not to exceed <br />$90,000. <br /> <br /> E. Amendment to Agreement with Management Partners for Financial <br />Consulting Services <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Audrey Ramberg, Finance Director 780-7072 aramberg@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Authorize, by motion, the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to an <br />agreement with Management Partners for financial consulting services, <br />extending the term of the agreement to May 31, 2016 and increasing the <br />amount by $60,000 resulting in a total agreement of $120,000. <br /> <br /> F.
