<br />Page 2 of 41 <br />ATTY/ORD.411/ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS <br />REV: 07-20-15 VR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on July 27, 2015, the City Council held a public hearing on the <br />proposed Phase 1 Zoning Ordinance Amendment and on said date the public hearing <br />was opened, held and closed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the public hearing, the City Council considered the whole of the <br />record, including with respect to the Initial Study Checklist dated May 27, 2014. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Article 2 (Definitions) of the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance is <br />amended by adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in <br />strikeout (example), as provided in Exhibit A. Wording in brackets ([example]) is <br />information only and is not to be included in the published ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 2. Article 4 (RH – Residential Hillside District) of the Redwood City Zoning <br />Ordinance is amended by adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the <br />text shown in strikeout (example), as provided in Exhibit B. Wording in brackets <br />([example]) is information only and is not to be included in the published ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 3. Article 5 (R-1 – Residential Single-Family District) of the Redwood City <br />Zoning Ordinance is amended by adding the text shown in underline (example) and <br />deleting the text shown in strikeout (example), as provided in Exhibit C. Article 6 (R-2 – Residential Duplex District) of the Redwood City Zoning <br />Ordinance is amended by adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the <br />text shown in strikeout (example), as provided in Exhibit D.
