No structure shall <br />exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height, and no accessory building shall exceed fourteen <br />(14) feet in height, whichever is greater. <br /> <br />8.7 Lot Width. <br />The minimum average lot width shall be fifty (50) feet for a single-family dwelling and <br />for a two (2)-family (duplex) dwelling, and seventy-five (75) feet for a three (3)-family <br />(triplex) dwelling. Every lot shall have a minimum of thirty-five (35) feet of frontage on a <br />public street for a single-family dwelling, and a minimum of fifty (50) feet of frontage on <br />a public street for a two (2)-family (duplex) dwelling, three (3)-family (triplex) dwelling, <br />or dwelling group.
