The <br />maximum building height for structures of all other types of uses is 75 feet, No structure <br />shall exceed seventy-five (75) feet in height except as follows: <br />A. On any parcel having an average width of at least one hundred (100) feet and an <br />area of at least twenty thousand (20,000) square feet, the maximum height shall be <br />one hundred (100) feet. <br />B. On any parcel having an average width of at least one hundred fifty (150) feet and <br />an area of at least forty thousand (40,000) square feet, there shall be no maximum <br />height limit. <br />C. No accessory building shall exceed fourteen (14) feet in height. <br /> <br />10.7 Lot Width. <br />The minimum average lot width shall be fifty (50) feet for a single-family dwelling and <br />for a two (2)-family (duplex) dwelling, and seventy-five (75) feet for a multiple dwelling. <br />Every lot shall have a minimum of thirty-five (35) feet of frontage on a public street for a <br />single-family dwelling, and a minimum of fifty (50) feet of frontage on a public street for <br />a two (2)-family (duplex) dwelling, multiple dwelling, or dwelling group.
