Decorative Fencing. All decorative fences must be set back a minimum <br />of 18 inches from the sidewalk. The privately owned area between the <br />decorative fence and sidewalk must be landscaped and maintained in a <br />healthy and weed-free condition. <br />c. Non-decorative Fencing. All non-decorative fences must be set back at <br />least 5 feet from the property line. The setback area shall not be surfaced <br />with asphalt, concrete, or other similar paving material except for <br />driveways or walkways.
