Termination. In addition to the termination provisions contained in the Master Agreement, Bank may <br />terminate the Services immediately upon notice to Company if Bank determines in its sole discretion: <br />(a) the number of returned debit Entries originated under this Service Description is excessive; or (b) <br />Company has breached a warranty provided under the ACH Rules or this Service Description or <br />otherwise failed to comply with the ACH Rules. <br /> <br />22.
