And <br /> 17 this is a time for Council, we had direct questions <br /> 18 and directives that we had addressed to staff, so <br /> 19 it's a time for the Council to receive those <br /> 20 responses from staff, to continue asking questions, <br /> 21 and anything else that they need. In addition to <br /> 22 that, Council has the prerogative and the ability <br /> .23 to ask any of the previous speakers direct <br /> 24 questions.
