It says: "It is the <br /> 10 policy of the City Council to minimize noise <br /> 11 disturbances in existing Redwood City residential <br /> 12 neighborhoods, therefore, except to protect public <br /> 13 safety, the City will not support any effort <br />\. <br /> 14 resulting from this project, to change San Carlos <br /> 15 airport flight paths existing as of June 7th, 2004 <br /> 16 away from the project. <br /> 17 This Council policy shall be included <br /> 18 within the disclosure document referenced in the <br /> 19 above paragraph.
