EVERETT: Just to follow up on that, <br /> 13 you will see this project multiple times as it goes <br />\ <br /> 14 through these PC Precise Plan permits that they <br /> 15 have to get. So you will see five or six phases of <br /> 16 this project as it goes through, and each time it <br /> 17 will have to come back here. <br /> 18 MR. PASSANISI: And just a point of <br /> 19 clarification, the PC permit, as written, will go <br /> 20 just to the planning commission. <br /> 21 MR.
