In <br />7 fact, we quite enjoy them. <br />8 The ambiance of the area, we know our <br /> <br />9 neighbors, we walk, we do a lot of things that <br /> <br />10 people would do on the marina area. I have been <br /> <br />11 fortunate to live in many different places in the <br /> <br />12 world, I am also a former City engineer! in both <br /> <br />13 capacities, I have seen developments like this <br />( <br />\ <br /> <br />14 mature and grow a community like Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />15 I lived in Vancouver when the world trade <br /> <br /> <br />16 was built up and then it reverted over to housing. <br /> <br /> <br />17 The communications, the transportation and all of <br /> <br /> <br />18 the enriched services that you get around a <br /> <br />19 community like that were well planned around this <br /> <br />20 type of a corridor.
