People have made that <br /> 17 point, very good. <br /> 18 Traffic was a big issue in 1982, it's even <br /> 19 worse now and it's a big one. <br /> 20 The water supply today is really getting <br /> 21 desperate in California, and when you talk to us <br /> 22 about rationing, I want to tell you, I've been <br /> 23 rationing for 30 years. So please don't ask me to <br /> 24 cut my domestic water supply to accommodate some <br /> 25 new.people.
