Ms. Smith mentioned the difficulties at <br /> 10 night, and I'm wondering, is there something that <br /> 11 could be done, if you did have the towers, to <br /> 12 mitigate that? In other words, is there something <br /> 13 that could be done so that the birds could see that <br />I <br /> 14 there were towers there at night? Has that been <br /> 15 looked into? <br /> 16 MR. PASSANISI: That was discussed in the <br /> 17 EIR, and I believe the mitigation was to keep some <br /> 18 of the lights on in the building. <br /> 19 COUNCIL MEMBER RUSKIN: Does that work? <br /> 20 MR.
