As you recall, one of the things we did <br />9 do was stay out of that and let the two private <br />10 parties work that out. That worked well around the <br />11 issue of Pacific Shores. <br />12 I don't know enough about it to know if <br />13 it's similar. If it, is, I would probably use that <br />14 as a model. <br />15 Now in that case, actually, one of the <br />16 Council Members helped mediate that. <br />17 COUNCIL MEMBER RUSKIN: I was going to say <br />18 that that worked because of some expert mediation. <br />19 MR. EVERETT: Yeah. But we did stay out of <br />20 it to the degree as you as the council stayed out <br />21 of it. <br />22 MR.
