Council Member Howard. <br />13 COUNCIL MEMBER HOWARD: I have a great deal <br />j <br />14 of respect for Council Member Foust and although we <br />15 haven'.t known each other more than maybe a.couple <br />16 years, I have to say, I feel like I've known her a <br />17 lifetime and I have a great deal of respect for <br />18 her, and even more so now, having heard what she's <br />19 just said. <br />20 I can be pretty stubborn s 0 m.e t i m e s. Those <br />21 of you who know me, know that's true.
