I'm just <br /> 12 thinking that maybe we should see if there's <br /> 13 another way to look at this, because I just know <br />\ <br /> 14 Blomquist and the pedestrian bridge and pathway <br /> 15 have to happen, and I feel, sooner than later. <br /> 16 I just feel that in order for this to be <br /> 17 successful, as well as TDM requirements, such as <br /> 18 shuttles and so forth. So the 500 trigger could <br /> 19 happen years down the line, is my sense, and I'm <br /> 20 just wondering, how we could phrase this and what <br /> 21 trigger could we use that it would ensure that we <br /> 22 be on target for building these things and getting <br /> 23 these things going as needed. <br /> 24 MR.
