I <br /> 10 believe it says that five percent does not have to <br /> 11 be built on site, but the money would be allocated <br /> 12 so that we could, in fact, do it somewhere else in <br /> 13 Redwood City; is that correct? <br />\ <br /> 14 MR. PASSANISI: That is correct. That <br /> 15 money would be due up front. <br /> 16 COUNCIL MEMBER HOWARD: Okay.
