<br /> REPORTER'S TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDINGS TAKEN 5-24-04 <br />1 (The Pledge of Allegiance was said by Ira <br />2 Ruskin.) <br />3 INVOCATION <br />4 (Invocation was given by Pastor Dennis <br />5 Logie. ) <br />6 MAYOR IRA: Thank you Council Member Ruskin <br />7 and Pastor Logie. <br />8 SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY <br />9 MAYOR IRA: We have some Special Orders for <br />10 the day today. We have some young men here who are <br />11 out of uniform from their police service, certainly <br />12 in uniform for what they have done for all of us <br />13 and for their country. <br />14 I know that the chief is very proud of your <br />15 service and we're very produced of you as well. <br />16 And so if the chief wants to come up here, <br />17 we have some proclamations here. <br />18 All of these men are members of our Redwood <br />19 City Police Department and also members, of our <br />20 armed services.
