REPORTER'S TRANSCRIPT OF PROCEEDINGS TAKEN 5-24-04
home, Redwood City would need approximately 10,000
homes to achieve a jobs housing balance by 2020.
This isn't going to happen, but certainly we need
to try and make - - make a dent in the current
situation.
Next.
The most important point here is the last
point, which we have projected that there could be,
potentially, with the full buildout of - - and
occupancy at Marina -- I'm sorry.
MR. EVERETT: Pacific Shores.
MR. RIDNER: Pacific Shores, thank you.
And other project sites including
Excite@home and so forth. There could be a
potential for 90,000 jobs within a three mile
radius.
Next.
This is the proposed path for the Blomquist
extension. The key part of helping the reduced
traffic index caused by our project is the
completion of Blomquist, that it calls for its
completion. The EIR called for its completion
somewhere around the 750th home. We've agreed in
the conditions of approval to accelerate that
còmpletion. And we are also working with SamTrans
UCCELLI & ASSOCIATES 44
(650) 952-0774
..
