RIDNER: I think it's a mix of new <br />2 and -- and existing jobs. <br />3 COUNCIL MEMBER HARTNETT: So it's -- if the <br />4 current office space that - - spaces in Redwood City <br />S and the surrounding areas get a little more fu 11, <br />6 would we right now in Redwood City have close to SO <br />7 percent vacancy in office space, and hence, don't <br />8 have the intended jobs. <br />9 But you're predicting over a period of time <br />10 that the office space will begin to fill up again <br />11 and -- and within a reasonable period of time up to <br />12 another 90,000 new and existing jobs within the <br />13 three mile radius? <br />14 MR. RIDNER: Correct. <br />15 COUNCIL MEMBER HARTNETT: You mentioned the <br />16 outer harbor at Pete's Harbor and the number of <br />17 slips, you said that's not part of the project. <br />18 Can you clarify what happens to that, as part of <br />19 the project, if approved. <br />20 MR. RIDNER: That's still a little bit up <br />21 in the air.
