And I have three speaker cards related <br />7 to - - two speaker cards, first one is Rudy Luca. <br />8 MR. LUCA: My name is Rudy Luca. And I've <br />9 been here since 1953 in Redwood City, and with no <br />10 break in moving, in anything, and I'm very proud to <br />11 be a resident of Redwood City. To the Council, the <br />12 staff people, the issue on this is 6. 1, Motion of <br />13 the City Council and the Redevelopment Agency, and <br />14 6.1A, recommendation. <br />15 I'd like for somebody, the Counci 1 or <br />16 somebody, to explain to me what the additional <br />17 authorization of the $100,000 is; and on B, which <br />18 is 6.1B-3, commendation, are the First Community <br />19 Housing and Peninsula Habitat For Humanity going to <br />20 use organized labor, union workers to construct the <br />21 complete project? <br />22 Those are my questions and I'd like them to <br />23 be answered. <br />24 Thank you. <br />25 MAYOR IRA: Thank you, Mr. Luca. <br /> UCCELLI & ASSOCIATES 9 <br /> (650) 952-0774 <br /> .- <br />
