You - - with the exception <br /> 11 of Council Member Foust, you all don't live <br /> 12 anywhere near where you're going to get that noise. <br /> 13 I have another problem, if you change the <br />( <br /> 14 zoning for this to allow this height, is that going <br /> 15 to open Pandora's box for anything else that comes <br /> 16 up, would it be a form of discrimination if, say, <br /> 17 once the movie theater is built and those units, <br /> 18 are they going to be 17, 18 stories high, where the <br /> 19 movie theater is now? <br /> 20 The Chronicle has had several news stories, <br /> 21 and I hope you've been reading some of them. One <br /> 22 of them just the last day or two was on the <br /> 23 shortfall of qualifying income to buy.
