Exhibit A <br /> (Program and Project Description) <br /> PROGRAM/PROJECT DESCRIPTION 8 REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. Proiect Description and Eliqible Costs: Grant funds hereunder are provided <br /> pursuant to 24 CFR 92, regulations covering the use of HOME funds for eligible <br /> activities. HOME funds of $339,756.00 provided under this Agreement shall be used to <br /> assist in eligible costs to complete the rehabilitation of rental housing on property <br /> located at 950 Main Street, Redwood City, Califomia ("Project" or "Property"). Mezes <br /> Court Associates, a California Limited Partnership ("Contractor/Owner") shall use the <br /> funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs that provide affordable <br /> housing to very low-income residents of the City. <br /> The HOME-assisted rental housing Property rehabilitated with the HOME grant funds <br /> provided under this Agreement will meet all applicable state and local codes, local <br /> rehabilitation standards and ordinances, and accessibility requirements of the Fair <br /> Housing Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
