On each day that Regulus West LLC ("Regulus")offers the lockbax service{a"Banki�ng Day"),Ttc�ulus will collect from the lockbox(tha "Lackbox")the envElopas and vfiher contents of the Lockbox. Regulus will open tha envelopes and inspect a�.y rezxiittauces,remittance statements,i�tvoices,correspondence,checks,cash,papers,documents�d other items in the envelopc.S. Unless otherwise requested by you,the business eatity receiving Regulus' luckbox service,and agreed ta by R.egulus,if cash is sent with any remittance nnateriais tl�e cash will be remaved from the envelope containing the remittance material.s and a crcdit advicc of the amaunt of the cash will be placcd in such cnv�lope with the remainder of the envelope's contents. Except as otherwise specifically provided xn thcse Retail Lockbox processing Procedures(#hc"Procedures")or in the Loc�Cbox Agreement entcred inta among Regulus,Wells Fargo Bank,N.A. ("Wells Fargo"),and you(the"Agreement'�,or as spec'�fiicaliy requested by you and agreed to by Regulus,Ragulus wi.lt rcaoncile#he checks,cash ar other items in thc envelopes to invoices,to remittance statements,and to any otExer documents or pap�zs in the envelo�es. After inspeetion,Regulus wilt proeess the cb,ecics and any cash in�the erivelopes by automatod means,unless an envelope does not co�ta�n.a remittancE statement or invoice or coupon, in which case the checks or cash wili be proccssed rnanually(a"Manually Acocessed Check"), as provided in this Seckioz� 1 and in Section 2 of these Procedures and,i�provxded in this Section 1 ar Section 2,deposxt such checks and cash in your account at Wells�argo designated b�+you in wr;tiung to Regulus and Wells Farga(the"Account"}: (a) CHEC�S A�POSITED UNXf�R AUTOMATEA PItOCESSING.
