Termination. In addition to the termination provisions contained in the Master Agreement, Bank may <br /> terminate the Services immediately upon notice to Company if Bank determines in its sole discretion: <br /> (a) the number of returned debit Entries originated under this Service Description is excessive; or (b) <br /> Company has breached a warranty provided under the ACH Rules or this Service Description or <br /> otherwise failed to comply with the ACH Rules. <br /> 22. Survival.
