Commercial Savings Accounts <br /> Bank's Right to Require Notice. <br /> Bank has the right to require seven (7)days'written notice before Company <br /> withdraws money from Company's Negotiable Order of Withdrawal(NOV� <br /> or savings Account. <br /> Regulation D savings account transaction and other limited activity <br /> Regulation D and Bank limit certain types of withdrawals and transfers from a <br /> Federal savings or money market account to a combined total of six(6)per <br /> monthly statement period(exceptions to the statement period may apply): <br /> Limited by Regulation D:- <br /> • Transfers by phone using Bank's automated banking service or <br /> speaking with a banker on the phone <br /> • Transfers or payments through online,mobile, and text banking <br /> (including bill pay) <br /> • Transfers to a checking account for overdraft protection coverage <br /> • Preauthorized transfers and withdrawals(including recurring and one <br /> time) <br /> • Payments to third parties such as checks,drafts,or similar <br /> transactions(counted when they are posted to the account and not <br /> when they are written) <br /> • Debit or ATM card purchases that post to the savings or money <br /> market account <br /> Limited by Bank: <br /> • Transfers and payments to Wells Fargo credit cards, lines of credit, <br /> and loans <br /> • Wires whether made in person,on the telephone, or online <br /> Not limited: <br /> Except wire transfers as described above,there is no limit on withdrawals or <br /> transfers made in person at an ATM or a Wells Fargo banking location or on <br /> any types of deposits. <br /> An excess activity fee is assessed for transactions exceeding the limits stated <br /> above. If the limit is exceeded on more than an occasional basis,Bank may be <br /> required to close or convert the savings or money market account to a <br /> checking account,which would discontinue any overdraft protection it might <br /> be providing to another account,or close the account.
