She worked tirelessly in her <br /> neighborhood, a sweet and giving woman, who will be missed by her family and <br /> friends. <br /> Council Member Hartnett requested adjournment in memory of Walt Small, a longtime <br /> member of the community, a former Port Commissioner, a Downtown businessperson <br /> who cared tremendously about Redwood City.
