ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> This agenda item affords members of the public the opportunity to directly address the <br /> City Council//Redevelopment Agency on any subject relating to the City <br /> Council/Redevelopment Agency which is not on the agenda or any item within the <br /> Consent Calendar. If the subiect vou wish to address is not on the aqenda please <br /> understand that the Brown Act (Open Meetinq Law) precludes the Council from taking anv <br /> action at this time. All items within the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine and <br /> the City Council//Redevelopment Agency will waive the reading of the Consent Calendar <br /> (except the title of any ordinances) and adopt all resolutions and ordinances, and approve <br /> other items by one motion and one vote.
