ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />Graphic Design Services <br />(H2H Graphics & Design, Inc.) <br />This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the 3.7 day of <br />J t2Y)110 . , 2017, extending and amending the agreement dated June <br />1, 2015 (the "Agl`eement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and H2H Graphics & Design, <br />Inc., ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for Graphic Design Services. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On Jure 1, 2015, the Parties executed a General Services Agreement; <br />and <br />B. On January 27, 2016, the parties executed Amendment No. 1 to General <br />Services Agreement for Graphic Design Services ("Amendment No. 1")(the Original <br />Agreement, and Amendment No. 1 are collectively referred to as the "Agreement"); and <br />C. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br />incorporated in by reference as Exhibit "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. That the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended for a period of 12 months ending on December 31, 2017 and <br />Consultant will be paid a not to exceed amount of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000), for <br />an aggregate amount of thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000). <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
