CITY may use and displsy fhe WQrk Product. (b}Reproduction and Distribution. CITf may make,display and distribute,and autharize ihe makin�, display snd distribution of, photographs and other trvo-dfinensional reproductions of the Work Praduci, ClTY may use such reproductions for any City- relateti non-commerciai purpose including fundraising for GITY`s art programs, advertlsing,educational and promotlanal materiafs, brachures, books,ftynars,postcards, print, braadcast,fiim,etectranic and muftimedia pubiicity,dacumentation of Citys public art caitectian,and cataicsgues or similar publications, {c) Pubiic Record Requests. Any documents provided by RR'fiST to CiCy are public recards and City may authorize third parttes to rev�vu and reproduce such documen#s pursuant to public recards lavus,including the Califomia Public Retwrds Act. 14.2.6. Artist understands the effect of the waivers in #his Agreement and hereby acknowtectges that Artist is surrendering the rights describ+ed herein v�ith cespect to the work. 11. Claims and I.awsuits.By signing this Agreement,Artist agrees it may be subject to civi!penalties for the filing of false cia�ims as s�t fartfi� in the Califomia Felse Ciaims Act, Covemmen# Code sections 12650, et seq. Artis#furthe�acknowledges that disbarment by another jurisdiction is grour�is f�City#o terrninate this Agreement. 12. V�n�e and J�nsdiction. A►tist agoees and stipulates that the proper venue and jurisdidion far resvlution of ariy disputes befinreen the parties arising aut af this Agreement is the Sup�eric�r Caurt, San Matea County,Caii�ornia. 13. As�gnment. Artist may not assign this Agreement or any part af it, or any monies due or ta became due under it,without ttie priar written consent of Ciky. 14. Amendments. This Agreement may be amenderi by mutual consent of City and ArEist. Any arnendment witl be in writing,signed by both parties,with a statement af the changes in charges or time schedule. 15.
