Section 2. Based on the facts in the staff report, written and oral testimony, and <br /> exhibits presented , the Planning Commission finds the Zoning Ordinance Amendment <br /> to be in the public interest and in conformance with the General Plan . <br /> Section 3. The proposed amendments have been reviewed with respect to the <br /> applicability of the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the State CEQA <br /> Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Sections 15000 et seq . ). The <br /> Planning Commission has considered Initial Study Checklist and Negative Declaration , <br /> which found no significant environmental effects as a result of the proposed changes. <br /> Pursuant to Guidelines section 15091 (e), the documents and other materials that <br /> constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Planning Commission has based <br /> its decision are located in and may be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 <br /> Middlefield Road , Redwood City, California . The City Clerk is the custodian of records <br /> for all matters before the City. <br /> Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br /> of the City of Redwood City adopt the Initial Study Checklist and Negative Declaration <br /> and adopt the Zoning Ordinance Amendments provided in Exhibit A, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> Section 5.
