3. Upper Stories: A minimum of 6 feet for 25 percent of the lot depth or 35 feet, whichever <br /> is less. Remaining portions of upper stories shall have a minimum setback of one-half the <br /> height of the building face measured at the plateline or ridge beam, whichever is highest. <br /> F. Rear.
