The Planning <br /> Commission has considered Initial Study Checklist and Negative Declaration, which found no <br /> significant environmental effects as a result of the proposed changes. Pursuant to Guidelines <br /> section 15091 (e), the documents and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings <br /> upon which the Planning Commission has based its decision are located in and may be obtained <br /> from the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The City <br /> Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City. <br /> Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council of the <br /> City of Redwood City adopt the Article 2 and Article 17A Zoning Ordinance Amendment by adding <br /> the text shown in double underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout (eye), <br /> as provided in Exhibit A.
