<br /> 0 ARTICLE I
<br /> 1 DEFINITIONS
<br /> U Section 1. "Association" shall mean and refer to Red- "a
<br /> N wood Shores Owners Association, a California nonprofit corpora- }.4.1,
<br /> tion, its successors and assigns. The "Board of Directors" or `"'
<br /> "Board" shall be the elected body having its normal meaning
<br /> ' under California corporate law.
<br /> i Section 2. "Properties" shall mean and refer to the
<br /> real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and shall
<br /> i further refer to such additional property as may hereafter be
<br /> annexed by amendment to this Declaration or which is owned in
<br /> fee simple by the Association.
<br /> { Section 3. "Owner" shall mean and refer to the record
<br /> Owner, whether one or more persons or entities, of any Residen-
<br /> tial Unit which is part of the Properties, but excluding in all
