<br /> Section 14. "Parcel" shall mean and refer to sepa-
<br /> J rately designated, developed Residential Areas comprised of
<br /> various types of housing initially or by amendment made subject
<br /> to this Declaration. In the absence of specific designation of

<br /> N separate Parcel status, all property made subject to this Dee-

<br /> laration shall be considered a part of the same Parcel. Pro-

<br /> vided, however, the Declarant may designate in any subsequent
<br /> atgi amendment adding property to the terms and conditions of this

<br /> Section 15. The Parcel Assessment. Parcel Assessments
<br /> for common expenses provided for herein and/or by any supplemen-
<br /> tary Declaration shall be used for the purposes of promoting
<br /> the recreation, health, safety, welfare, common benefit, and en- j .
