In the event that the City determines that the st�rmwater <br /> treatment rneaswres lo�ated on the I'roperEy are na long�r required, #hen th� Gi#y, at the <br /> request of the Property Owner shall execute a release of this Ag�eement, wh�ch the <br /> Property f�wner shall recc�rd in the County Recorder's C7ffice at the Prop�erty Uwner's <br /> expense. The City reserves #he option to record such rel�ase af this Agreement. The <br /> s#ormwater treatment measure(s� shal! not be remvved frc�m th� Property unless such a <br /> release is so executed and recorded. <br /> 21. Effective Date and Madific,ation. This �greemer�t is effe�tive up�on the date vf <br /> execution as stated at the beginnir�g of #his Agreement. This Agreement shall not be <br /> modified exc�pt by wr�#ter� instrument executed by the City and the Praperty C3wner at <br /> #he time af mod�fication.
