SALVATION ARMY is the owner and claims ownership in fee of the real property <br />in Redwood City more particularly described in Exhibit “A” and depicted in Exhibit “B” attached <br />hereto and by this reference made a part hereof (the “Property”). <br />B. Pursuant to that certain Resolution No. 7999, recorded February 13, 1978 in Reel <br />7718 of the Official Records of San Mateo County, California (“Official Records”) at page 783, <br />Redwood City vacated and abandoned a portion of Alden Street that included the Property. <br />C.
