CEQA and Staff Recommendation <br /> •City Council certified the EIR in September, 2012. <br /> <br />•San Mateo County Superior Court upheld the certification of the EIR. <br /> <br />•Addendum No. 1 was prepared to document the change in the Top of Bank <br />delineation. <br /> <br />•Addendum No. 2 was prepared to document design changes in the project <br />from a 9-lot to an 8-lot residential subdivision. <br /> <br />•No substantial changes in the project or circumstances, and no other relevant <br />new information of substantial importance which would require revisions to the <br />EIR, per CEQA sections 15162 and 15164. <br /> <br />•The project, as proposed, is fully consistent with the certified EIR. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution to approve the Planned Development Permit including setback <br />modifications, Use Permit for fencing within the 25’ creek protection setback area, <br />and Vesting Tentative Map including modifications to roadway design criteria.
