Contractor will, to the <br /> greatest extent feasible, prioritize making available opportunities for training and <br /> employment under this contract to low-and very low-income residents of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> Contractor further agrees to include language specifying required <br /> compliance with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1986 in <br /> all subcontracts executed under this agreement. <br /> Contractor certifies and agrees that no contractual or other legal incapacity <br /> exists that would prevent compliance with these requirements. <br /> 23. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully <br /> informed of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in <br /> any manner affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the Project <br /> by Contractor. <br /> 24. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In <br /> the event lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement <br /> procedures may be required by City. <br /> 25. NOTICES.
