-.v.r.rr+rr�r I --�-°'�r�Ilr�r�Yrr� <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> STAR VISTA <br /> (Daybreak Sheiter) <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1 r day of <br /> 5, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter <br /> city nd municipal corporation of the State of California ("City") and STAR VISTA, <br /> a Califomia nonprofit organization ("Contractor"; collectively the "Parties"). <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides certain services through programs, <br /> including the program described in Exhibits "A" ("Program & Quantitative Goals"), <br /> and "B" ("Program Budget"), attached hereto and made a part hereof; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to <br /> conduct the program described in Exhibit A for residents of City during the fiscal <br /> year commencing July 1, 2015, and ending June 30, 2016 (the "Fiscal Year"); <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby agree as follows: <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City will allocate to Contractor the sum <br /> of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Seven and No/100 Dollars ($15,477) <br /> for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2015, <br /> and ending June 30, 2016, solely for the purposes described in Paragraph 2. <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor will use the funds provided pursuant to <br /> Paragraph 1 solely for the Project objectives described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B, <br /> attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROJECT.
