America SC�RES shall provide 'rn depth on•site support through our r�ionai pfogram stafF who are e�erts in youth develapment, soc�r, cr�ative wrifing, and serv�ce-leaming. Mor� speaficaily, Arr�rica SCORES shall help Gify afterst�oal programs f� create and sustain vibrbr�nt SC�RES teams by providing the following during the Agr�ement Term: • Soccer,Literacy,Poetry,and SeNice Leaming cumcula • Reg�lar site visi�s by program staff for student reauitment, prablem solving and program quality evaluation. • Coach training and one-on�ne support. • Soccc�r uni#�rms and equipment,writing joumals and supplies. • Weekly soccer game day events. • Annual events: Soccer Toumarr�nts, Fall Poetry Slam, and Spring SCQRES Amplify Service-Le�ming Geiebration. PAR?'�CIPANTS Gonsuttant shali ensure that eat�team consists of 12-17 students per team and tha#each par#icipant shali c�mpl�te an America SCORES registratran form to part+apate in alf activities. 7he schoal or host agency provides: • Site aaord�ator ta be the point of contact for America SCORES coaches and staff. Site Coordinator will support and oversee the program and ensure its sua�ss. • A consistent,dedicated tea�n of 12-17 students. � Space for practice an schoo!yard/classroom space far poetry workshaps. Consultant shail Rravide the following minimum fime commitment required per week during Term of this Agreement for SC4RES teams: • Ame�ca SCQRES for 2"� - 3�graders -ane hc�r of poetry workshops, ane �ur of soccer practices, and 1.5 hours for game days.
