Annexation of 423 Upland Road, Assessor's Parcel Number 058-243- <br />110, to the Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District <br /> <br /> Staff contact: Ahmad Haya, Senior Civil Engineer 780-7397 ahaya@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Adopt a resolution consenting to the sewer annexation of 423 Upland Road, <br />Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 058-243-110, to the San Mateo County’s <br />Oak Knoll Sewer Maintenance District (District) subject to the following <br />conditions and approving and authorizing the City Manager to execute an <br />Annexation Agreement with the Property Owner: <br /> <br />1. District pays a sewer facility fee of $960.00 to the City <br />2. District pays a waste water treatment capacity fee of $2,135.70 to the City <br />3. The property owner agrees to consent to future annexation of the property <br />to the City. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF <br />TERRITORY TO OAK KNOLL SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ANNEXATION AGREEMENT <br />IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br />
