EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> TASKS <br /> Task 1 —Owners Advisory Services <br /> Consultant will provide strategic advice to Redwood City staff on developing an urban <br /> circulator project based on experience with similar projects and knowledge of the project <br /> development environment in the Peninsula and Bay Area. This may include institutional <br /> arrangements and partnering strategies; risk mitigation strategies; federal and state <br /> project development, environmental and funding requirements; feasibility study <br /> consultant selection; procurement strategies, grant applications, integration of systems <br /> with surrounding development, stakeholder support, funding mechanisms and other <br /> matters relating to planning governing funding and designing an urban circulator project. <br /> Time: Two in person half-day meetings per month and two monthly 60-minute <br /> coordination calls. <br /> Task 2 — Project Management Support <br /> Consultant will assist Redwood City staff in managing the urban circulator feasibility <br /> study. This may include reviewing technical methodologies and project work plans, <br /> attending project management meetings, providing input on outreach strategies, <br /> reviewing deliverables, provide input on key technical and policy decisions, coordinating <br /> with partner agencies, participating in outreach activities and presentations to City staff <br /> and City Council and other activities related to managing the planning and <br /> environmental review of an urban circulator project. <br /> Time: Assumes up to four hours per month of support. <br /> REV:08-11-15 VR <br /> Page 9 of 10 <br /> ATTY/AGR.2015.163/Fehr& Peers -Technical and Strategic Advisory Services for Broadway Streetcar <br />
