The <br />proposal includes reimbursement foY. work which was previously <br />verbally authorized but for which nO agreement has been executed. <br /> <br />1. 01 <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK: <br />A. Develop bid documents for the window wall replacement. <br />B. Develop separate bid documents for the following projects: <br />1. Eave and Gutter Repairs, and Re-Roofing. <br />2. window wall Replacement. <br />3. Interior Gift Shop Modifications. <br />4. Exterior painting. <br />C. Provide construction management for the re-roofing project <br />as follows; <br />1. Review submittals. <br />2. Review and respond to RFJ's. <br />3. Attend progress meetings throughout the construction <br />phase to ensure the qu~tli ty of the work conforms to the <br />requirements of the ~;pecifications and drawings. <br />Provide additional reviews at the start of execution of <br />the work to ensm--e the contractor has a good <br />understanding of the quality standards expected by the <br />consultant. <br />4.
