Council agreed to a four-month trial of two business sessions and two <br /> study sessions per month, the City Clerk would tape Study Sessions for use with <br /> production of the official minutes, and the tapes would be kept for 30 days. <br /> MEMO 1/30/95 <br /> C. Council and staff discussed the procedures for appointments to boards, committees, <br /> commissions and task forces; the way boards and commissions function; and the need for <br /> periodic training of boards and commissions. Council agreed to appoint an ad hoc <br /> committee of Council Members Buchan and Howard and City Clerk Jorgenson to research <br /> new ways of interviewing applicants and report back to the full Council. <br /> MEMO 1/30/95 <br /> D.
