09/21/2015 <br /> as a result of work on the site,the project applicant shall <br /> immediately notify the City Arborist of such damage. If, <br /> in the professional opinion of the Arborist,such tree <br /> cannot be preserved in a healthy state,the Arborist shall <br /> require replacement of any tree removed with another tree <br /> or trees in the same general location as the damaged tree. <br /> The number of trees adeyuate to compensate for the loss <br /> of the tree that is removed shall be determined by the <br /> Arborist. <br /> 6. All debris created as a result of any tree removal work <br /> shall be removed by the project applicant fron�the <br /> property within two weeks of debris creation,and such <br /> debris shall be properly disposed of by the applicant in <br /> accordance with all applicable laws,ordinances,and <br /> regulations. <br /> 7. In the event that any of the existing trees do not survive <br /> within five years after the subdivision completion and it is <br /> confirmed by a certified arborist that the trees were <br /> damaged primarily due to construction impacts of the <br /> project,then the homeowners association shall be <br /> responsible to replace the damaged trees to the satisfaction <br /> of the City. <br /> 8. Prior to the commencement of any construction activity on <br /> the project site,the Arborist shall inspect the tree <br /> protection measures required to be in place before the start <br /> of construction to ensure that they have been completely <br /> and properly installed. <br /> 9. The Arborist shall conduct period inspections throughout <br /> the construction on the site to verify that the tree <br /> protection measures outlined in the Tree Protection Plan <br /> Finger Avenue Nine-Lot Planned Development Project June 2012 <br /> Mitigation Monitoring or Reporting Program Page 13 <br /> Page 14 of 21 <br /> RESO.#15445 <br /> MUFF#613 <br />
