Recommended Budget Guidelines; (501) <br /> REPORT: City Manager, March I, 1995 <br /> City Manager Everett presented the staff report and described the Council's budget <br /> priorities discussed at its January 28, 1995, workshop: economic development; public <br /> safety; and education/schools/ youth.
