<br /> Joe Steinfeld, 850 Main Street, Redwood City, stated that in 1990 the voters had defeated <br /> ballot measures regarding railroad grade separations; the state was in serious financial difficulty <br /> yet had set aside funds for these grade separations; and the idea that CalTrain will have 150 <br /> trains per day "is absolute nonsense." Mr. Steinfeld added that the state paying for these grade <br /> separation projects.
