Councilwoman Howard spoke about the special talents her <br /> father had and shared with his family and friends, and quoted her father as having often said <br /> "we receive gifts from God at birth, and what we do with them are our gifts to God." <br /> AFTER MOTION, MADE, SECONDED AND CARRIED THE MEETING ADJOURNED AT 9:50 <br /> P.M.
